It begins with the way we handle our beans. We select only premium Arabica beans from the finest estates throughout the world. Our beans are then roasted and shipped daily to ensure absolute freshness at each and every Scooter’s coffeehouse. But that’s not all. Once the newly-roasted beans reach our cafes, they are packaged to order so customers can be sure they’re taking home the same rich flavors they find in our shops.

And while the premium experience begins with our coffee, it doesn’t end there. Our specialty drinks are created with nothing less than Monin flavored syrups, and our mocha creations are blended with world-famous Monin chocolate.

ROASTING

Roasting coffee beans is more than just a process, it is an art with a centuries-old tradition of precision and perfection. Coffee beans come from all over the world, and every bean from every region has its own unique characteristics. Scooter’s unique blends are created and cupped by experienced roasters who have a passion for coffee. Because our roastmasters know their beans, you can count on your favorite flavor cup after cup.

GRINDING AND BREWING

In today’s fast-paced world, some coffee shops have reduced coffee roasting to a science, relying on computers and formulas to tell them when their beans are ready. At Scooter's, we take our cue from Old World café baristas, who relied on knowledge, experience, and taste to create perfect cup for every blend. Our baristas aren’t just trained to make coffee, they’re trained to understand coffee.
